Our Sports Day was held yesterday, Thursday 2nd June and thankfully the rain stayed off for most of the day! The activities were arranged in a series of stations which included uni-hoc, Gaelic, tag rugby, dance, basketball, hula-hooping, skipping, a disco and of course the traditional egg and spoon and sack races. We are very grateful to Cormac for the Gaelic station, to Lesley for the dance station, to the teachers who looked after the rest of the stations and to Conor who provided the music.
After a short break, the classes gathered in the park for the eagerly awaited 5-a-side soccer final between Liverpool and Real Madrid. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the day and were rewarded with well-earned treats in the afternoon!
