We have been overwhelmed by the marvellous response from both our staff and parents to the Ukrainian Refugee Appeal. Spearheaded by a couple of our Polish parents, this appeal moved us all to help the plight of the women and children of Ukraine who are fleeing from the war across the border into Poland. We filled countless boxes of groceries, nappies, clothes, medicines and toiletries which you so generously donated to this very worthwhile cause.
The transport company, McArdle and Skeath, were used to ship the goods from Ireland to Poland and will ensure that they arrive safely at one of the distribution points near the Ukrainian border.
