We are delighted to announce that St Louis GNS has been chosen as one of 35 lucky schools to receive a free library of over 100 books, sponsored by the Ireland Funds! The library project called ‘Free to me’ is aimed at celebrating diversity in schools and enabling every child to see themselves reflected in a book, as well as learning about the lives of others whose experiences and perspectives may differ from their own.

We held a special launch of our ‘Free to Me’ library on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th January in the school hall. Every class had the opportunity to visit the hall and browse through the many books on display. The books will now be shared out among our 9 classes and the children will get the chance to read and enjoy them.
