Bhí gach duine sa scoil ag iarraidh Gaeilge a labhairt i rith seachtaine na Gaeilge. Everyone made a great effort to ”Bí ag caint as Gaeilge” during our specially extended three weeks of Seachtain na Gaeilge this year. On Friday 23rd April, a special Zoom was held to announce the names of the girls who had made the very best effort in each class and each got a prize:
Rang a Dó: Holly & Leja Rang a Trí: Ria & Melani Rang a Ceathair: Love God & Faye Rang a Cúig: Alisija & Lia
Rang a Sé: Holly & Ava
Comhghairdeas also to Jasmine Coyle and Eimear Duffy on winning the “Corn Gearóidín Uí Bhaoighill”, a perpetual cup awarded to pupils in 6th class who have made the most consistent effort at Gaeilge throughout the year.
