Congratulations to twin sisters, Ernesta and Gloria 6th class, on becoming CLG County Handball champions. They won the title for U13 girls’ doubles in a match against Bawn, Latton held in Monaghan Harps Complex on Sunday 12th January. The girls will now progress to the Ulster finals. Well done girls!
The Cumann na mBunscol Handball Competition was held in Monaghan Harps on Wednesday 22nd January. Natalie Connolly lost narrowly to her opponent in the U13 singles final. Ernesta & Gloria Marut (U13 doubles) and Jasmine Coyle (U11 singles) were unopposed and so automatically progress to the Ulster Final in Belfast on 12th February.
