On Friday 25th October we had a special Charity Dress-Up Day to raise money for the Down Syndrome Centre North East. The girls paid €2 each to wear in a costume of their choosing. There was a marvellous array of costumes on show, from scary Halloween outfits to Disney Princesses  and Pyjama ladies!

After the midterm break, Mrs Gallagher and the girls on the Student Council made a presentation of a cheque for €400 to  Maria Harlay and her little daughter, Ellen, who accepted it on behalf of the Down Syndrome Centre North East.  We are delighted to be able to help such a worthwhile charity!
