On Thursday night, November 29th , our two second classes performed at a charity event in the Four Seasons Hotel. The event marked the switching on of the Christmas lights at the hotel, but was chiefly aimed at collecting new toys which were presented on the night to Cathal Grant of Tusla and which will be distributed to local children in need.
The 2nd class girls performed a beautiful medley of Christmas songs, complete with actions and instrumental music. They were rewarded with drinks of hot chocolate and sweet treats galore!
Many thanks to Miss Brady and Miss Reilly who prepared the girls so well for the occasion and to all our second class parents who turned up in such great numbers. A very enjoyable evening was had by all!
