Ms Murray’s 4th class worked together in their pods on an Arts & Crafts project to design and create clothing items made from old newspapers. The girls were very creative and enjoyed presenting their designs at a mini-fashion show.
Three classes: Mrs McGeown’s 6th, Ms. Harris’ 6th and Ms. Reynolds’ 3rd recently took part in an art competition to create a picture of the Drumlin Giant of Rossmore. Our Annual Halloween Charity Fundraiser took place today, Friday 23rd October. We had a special Dress-Up Day where the girls were asked to bring in €2 each for the very worthy cause of Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland. There was a marvellous array of costumes on show from Wicked Witches to Disney Princesses, and Pyjama Queens galore. […]
