Congratulations to our victorious 6th class debating team who won the last of their first round debates in the Concern Primary Schools’ Debating Competition! The girls defeated Scoil Mhuire, Latton on Tuesday 22nd January when they proposed the motion that “Climate change is not our problem.” Many thanks to Mrs Cassidy for all her hard work in preparing the girls. The speakers on this occasion were: Ella C (Captain), Ella L and Niamh. Alanna acted as Chairperson, while Daisy and Aoife assisted with the research.
